Foothills Flea Application

• We reserve the right to allocate, limit and designate all vendor spaces and locations.
• Bring your own tables and chairs-whatever you need.
• Any signage placed on EXPO grounds or EXPO property MUST be approved prior to event and are subject to removal if not approved.
• There is an ATM on-site for your convenience.
• Set up is Thursday, April 23, 2026, 9:00am to 4pm or Friday, April 24, 8:00am to 9:30am.
• The Foothills Flea is advertised as being open from 10am to 4pm, Friday April 24th and Saturday, April 25the. The public will expect us to be open during the hours and days advertised.
• Driving on the grounds will be allowed during set up however, vehicles may not enter the building(s) or onto the grass to unload or pack up. You may pull your vehicle up to the nearest door to your booth. DO NOT BLOCK DOORS Load your merchandise into your designated area and then move your vehicle to the designated parking lot. The only vehicles to be left parked next to the building will be those with handicap placards, which must be parked in the designated handicap spots. Once event starts, all vehicles must be parked in appropriate parking lot. The main gate to vendor parking lot will be closed during event. Customers will be allowed to drive to west doors of the Hall to pick up large items.
• Load out: Saturday, April 25the, 4pm to 6pm, NO EARLY LOAD OUT during the event. Those who leave early will forfeit future participation in our swap meets. Cars will not be allowed on grounds until 4pm and foot traffic is cleared.
• Each evening the EXPO grounds will be secured and locked. Enumclaw Expo Center is not responsible for items left overnight.
• When Swap Meet is over all items MUST be removed that were brought into Enumclaw Expo Center. DO NOT leave anything unsold behind. Failing to comply with this rule will lose your right to participate in any future events.

(Chairs and tables are available for rent. $10 per table and $2.00 per chair)
