Vendors

Things You Should Know

  • Applications are not selected on a first come first serve basis. Previous vendors must re-apply each year. Management reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling or displaying “like items”. Applicants are reviewed and selections are made based on:
    • Product type & saturation.
    • Product uniqueness & booth display.
    • Management discretion is based on Fair needs.
  • Once accepted, vendors will receive a welcome email along with an invoice and next steps for participation.
  • Securing your spot requires 100% payment by June 11, 2024.
  • Fair management reserves the right to select the items allowed to market. Products listed on the application will be considered as a whole, however items may be accepted/declined on an individual basis. Only approved items can be brought onto our grounds. Vendors are responsible for having appropriate stock on hand for the entirety of the Fair.
  • Inside Vendors enjoy A/C and Black Pipe & Drape defining their space.
  • Outside Vendors must supply items to build out their booth. EEEA doesn’t supply tents, canopies, power cords and/or other such items. Table & Chair rentals available upon request.
  • Sharing of space, displaying, advertising, or selling 3rd party products and/or services along with apportioning or subletting of space is not allowed.
  • Vendors must keep all sales and soliciting within the parameters of their assigned booth area.
  • Vendors are expected to occupy their space during event hours for the whole duration of the fair.
  • Food Concessions: Food concessioners are required to have a tracking system/register for all transactions, including cash sales. A daily report must be printed and turned in to the vendor coordinator by 8:30am the following morning. Sunday’s transaction will be collected prior to your departure. Cash transactions must be run through the register.
  • Videos and amplified sound equipment must be pre-approved by Fair management.
  • King County Fair’s primary audience consists of family and youth. We reserve the right to reject any exhibit and/or contents that may be considered objectionable.
  • Certificate of Liability insurance is required! and is due 30 days prior to event. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) that lists EEEA, located at 45224 284th Ave Se Enumclaw WA 98022, as additionally insured under the owner’s policy must cover load-in and load-out dates, as well as the event dates.
  • Fair management has the sole discretion to close any booth that they deemed inappropriate or any booth not willing to abide by the written Rules and Regulations or any oral warnings presented to them during the duration of the Fair.
  • The Vendor Guide: Rules & Regulations acknowledgement, along with photos are required to be considered and is due at the time of initial submission.
