This payment portal is for credit card payments for vendor fees, deposits, sponsorship payments, donations to dedicated programs including memorials for specific funds and programs.
Donations - If you are making a donation and would like funds dedicated to a specific program, please indicate in the comment option box the name of program. If the donation is in memory or honor of someone, please include that information in the comment box as well. Thank you!
IF YOU ARE A VENDOR – Please be sure your application is accepted before submitting payment. If payment is submitted prior to approval and your application is not accepted, there will be a $10.00 administration fee deducted from the refund.
If you are making a payment on a contract, booking, or vendor application, please be sure to put the event name or contract name in the comment box so we can match up the payment with your contract.
